St. Patrick's Day is coming!
March 13th, 2008 1:20 PM

If you know us this photo may not be a shock to you. This photo was taken last year at a local St Patrick's Day gathering by the Seattle PI. No we are not the one in green, we're not that crazy (although our friend Matt Emery is)!

One thing Team Psaradelis stands behind is we are the same people at work as we are at home. If you run into us at the grocery store you'll find the same guys as you'll find in the office; goofy in nature yet passionate about excellence.

I hope you enjoy this year's St. Patrick's Day. To end today's blog, here is one of my favorite Irish Blessings for you and your family:

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Spring? I don't think so!
March 28th, 2008 1:13 PM

It's the last week of March and usually I'd be thinking about getting some spring flowers planted this weekend but IT'S SNOWING!

I love snow. I think it's beautiful and a break from the everyday gray rain we normally get in Seattle but come on, it's the end of March! I'm ready to go camping, work in the garden, let the kids play in the backyard without layers and layers of clothes. I want to see how many of my bulbs are going to come back but at this point I'll probably loose them all from the cold weather.

At least it's Friday and I don't have to worry about driving in it tomorrow, that is if any of it sticks!

Feds In The News Again With Interest Cuts
March 20th, 2008 12:55 PM

If you pay attention to the news you may have heard that the Feds cut the interest rates again in hopes of turning the economy around. When this happened in January there was a mad dash for everyone to lock in their rates ASAP.

Today CNN Money reported "Rates on fixed-rate mortgages dropped sharply in the past week, after the Federal Reserve took several historic steps to shore up the financial markets. The rate on a 30-year loan dropped to an average of 5.87%, down from 6.13% a week ago, according to new Freddie Mac figures released Thursday. A 15-year mortgage now can be had for 5.27%, down from 5.60%."

These are national numbers mind you, to get current and local rates please contact Team Psaradelis directly.

Is Your Credit Score As High As You Think?
March 7th, 2008 1:26 PM

This is a great article to read if you don't know your actual credit score but think you do. You know what I mean? Maybe you always pay your bills on time so you think you have great credit, maybe not so anymore. Personally I was surprised that one of the reasons my score was lowered was because of inactivity. Did you know it actually hurts you to not use your credit card? Check out the article, it's interesting.
